About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Expert to join our team at LotusFlare, Inc. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap and growth of our cloud-native software products.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring alignment with our monetization platform while working closely with engineers, designers, and other product managers to deliver product features that meet the highest standards of technical design and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch
  • Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience
  • Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in product management or software development, particularly in the telecom domain. A valid TM Forum certification is not required but is preferred.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential, along with relevant industry experience.
