Housekeeper Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team at Delta Hotels Saskatoon Downtown. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies.
  • Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items.
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
  • Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order.
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
