Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and evaluate the introduction, installation, acceptance, and asset management of new SMT testing equipment and tooling.
  • Manage and maintain production SMT inspection equipment (AOI, FCT) tooling.
  • Program, debug, and continuously improve SMT testing equipment.
  • Handle test procedures and test tooling and equipment abnormalities to ensure normal production of mass-produced products.
  • Train and manage operators who produce SMT testing equipment.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot workshop MES system issues.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of experience in AOI/SPI related programming and equipment operation.
  • Proficient in basic knowledge of various electronic components and testing and debugging solutions for devices and welding effects.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Cam350, office, etc., with a certain foundation in analog and digital electronics.
  • Proficiency in programming, maintenance, operation, and maintenance of AOI/SPI equipment from related brands such as Telekom, Heli, Stech, etc., as well as Meizhute FCT equipment is preferred.
  • College degree or above, majoring in electronic information, communication engineering, electrical automation, computer, etc.
