Role Summary

The Food Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role at RedChillies Sports Bar, overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on maintaining high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish efficient work schedules to meet peak service demands
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train team members in sanitation, safety procedures, and job duties
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage

Requirements

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work on-site, with no remote work options
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
