About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Synnous Consulting GmbH. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects in the field of asset management and infrastructure consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to identify and implement best-fit solutions to complex business, strategic, infrastructure, and operational issues.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, team activities, communication, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting, economics, pricing, infrastructure funding, financial analysis, and/or working for local government agencies in these areas.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting statements, pricing, risk, financial planning, and performance metrics/tracking.
  • Experience working with local government agencies and financial statements.
  • Elements of project management experience, including preparing and managing project scope, schedule, team activities, communication, and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, economics, pricing, infrastructure funding, financial analysis, and/or working for local government agencies in these areas.
  • Advanced degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, data science, engineering, accounting, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including quantitative modeling and analysis.
  • Experience with additional data analysis tools, including but not limited to Access, Power BI/Tableau, GIS, SQL, Python, R, etc.
