Job Title: Consultant, Performance, Accountability

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant, Performance, Accountability to join our team at Ontario Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving performance improvement and accountability across our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system-level initiatives to advance integrated care and partnerships
  • Lead partnership projects and build system capacity by envisioning, developing, and maintaining key relationships and partnerships
  • Provide subject matter advice to OH Directors for decision-making
  • Engage with senior leadership of Hospitals' CEOs, SVPs, CFOs, VPs, and Ministry and community partners
  • Work in conjunction with OH Directors and VP to lead and develop strategies for the organization
  • Act as the face of the OH Regions when dealing with Health Service Providers' (HSPs) accountability and performance management
  • Provide guidance to staff assigned to support portfolio and act as the Director's back-up

Requirements:

  • CPA designation or working toward is an asset
  • Masters degree in Health administration, Business Administration, Informatics business administration, or equivalent education/experience
  • Eight years progressive Healthcare Management and financial management experience at a senior level required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading/managing teams (direct or indirect), utilizing relationship building and management skills
