Senior Consultant, Performance Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Career Consulting business, you will work with clients to optimize their business performance through effective talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices, and trends.
- Prepare client presentations, including recommendations presented to boards of directors, executives, senior management, and HR leaders.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement talent management programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including hands-on participation in Pay Equity work.
- Experience in management consulting, total rewards, compensation, finance, human resources, or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a solid background in Excel.
- BComm, HBA/MBA, MIR or related degrees, e.g., finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, human resources (HR), and/or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
