SalaryThe successful candidate can expect to earn a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus production bonuses, making this an attractive opportunity for seasoned technicians looking for a challenging yet rewarding role.
Job DescriptionThis part-time position involves working independently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality is consistently at the highest level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, offering solutions and resolutions, and maintaining excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer concerns and provide suitable options and resolutions.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Above-average technical aptitude and previous new car dealer training experience are considered assets.
- CDK dealer management system experience and valid BC driver's license with a clean driving abstract are also essential qualifications.
