Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects.
  • Recommend additional services required for facilities, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for cleaning and maintenance operations.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Establish work schedules for cleaning staff.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
