- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
