About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinetmaker's Helper to join our team at S WOODWORKS INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Site Operations: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Material Handling: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.
  • Support Services: Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • Training and Development: Will train newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their new roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
