Salary: $140,000 per annum, plus benefits, including 3 weeks of paid vacation and discretionary bonuses. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with development teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in AWS and GCP cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, scripting, and cloud security. Your expertise will enable us to optimize our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising security or performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
  • Oversee on-premises servers, storage, and network appliances, ensuring their security, performance, and integration with cloud services.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with 3+ years working on multiple projects or products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of automation and scripting languages like Python and Bash.
  • Experience with EKS, multi-zone deployments, and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization principles.
