Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment.

  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
