Job Title: Quality and Patient Safety Consultant

Join the Brant Community Healthcare System as a Quality and Patient Safety Consultant and contribute to the organization's mission of providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about quality and patient safety. As a Quality and Patient Safety Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing quality improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct quality improvement projects and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to quality and patient safety
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality and patient safety best practices
  • Participate in accreditation and regulatory activities
Requirements
  • Degree in a regulated health discipline or business administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Experience in quality improvement and/or risk management initiatives
  • Certification in patient safety and risk management (or in progress)
