Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bic Hayer Rental Properties Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring high-quality and error-free output.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in office administration and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls and electronic enquiries.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a busy workspace.

Work Schedule:
