Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at SUPER SAUSAGE 2003 LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting and preparing meats for retail and wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Grind meats
- Make special sausages
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
- Prepare special orders
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The work site environment is cold/refrigerated, and the work setting includes supermarkets, meat processing and/or packing plants, wholesalers, and grocery stores.
Requirements- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Attention to detail
- Physically demanding
- Handling heavy loads
- Hand-eye coordination
- Team player
The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
