About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kal Tire in Sherwood Park, AB. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of tire technicians and front counter team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management.
  • Thrive under pressure, confidently prioritizing tasks and ensuring impeccable customer experiences.
  • Drive sales to customers and within a B2B context, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Recruit, retain, and cultivate top-tier talent while championing customer-first priorities.
  • Lead by example, following safety protocols and prioritizing the welfare of your team and customers.

Requirements:

  • A valid Driver's License.
  • A high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training (preferred).
  • Managerial Experience: Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Embrace a safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing required PPE.
