About the Role

At ICONIX Waterworks, we are seeking a skilled Inside Sales and Customer Advocate to join our team. As an Inside Sales and Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to customers, working closely with our Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer satisfaction, with a consultative approach to recommend products where needed. You will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and services to customers
  • Work with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of our services and products
  • Process customer orders, including order data entry
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and letters
  • Assist in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in wholesale distribution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
