We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Traffic Controller to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Traffic Control: Direct traffic flow, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of the parking facility.
- Parking Operations: Monitor parking stalls, ensuring that the facility is not overfilled, and perform vehicle counts as required.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment, as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Teamwork: Work effectively as a team with fellow employees, managers, and shift leads to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Age: At least 18 years of age.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to verbally communicate with guests.
