This role involves providing technical support for lighting systems, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and programming.

  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues and develop corrective action plans.
  • Communicate technical information effectively, ensuring a positive impression of GVA Lighting.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot lighting equipment, including power data devices, luminaires, and control systems.
  • Analyze project-specific lighting layouts, 3D light renderings, electrical plans, and designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with GVA LED lighting product design philosophy and construction.
  • Support sales teams in technical communication with various stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Firmware update tools, and DMX timeline control programs.
