Commercial Banking Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Manager to join our team at TD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive sales
- Manage credit and risk functions for commercial accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
- Proven track record of business growth and leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
