Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Financial, Communications and Other Business Services to join our team at Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of communications plans to promote the organization's brand and reputation
  • Oversee the establishment and management of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors and other executive staff to ensure the organization's continued success
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in financial and administrative management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position
  • 42 hours per week
  • English language required
