About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Quantum Xpress LTD. as an Electronics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth in our Home Electronics department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, features, and technologies in the Home Electronics category, including home entertainment systems, smart home devices, and more.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a high level of sales performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring a visually appealing and well-merchandised store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing returns and exchanges, and ensuring a smooth restocking process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the electronics industry
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week
