Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Quantum Xpress LTD.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and provide reports as needed
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of merchandise
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
Work Environment:

The Sales Associate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced electronics specialty shop environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
