About the Role

CadMakers is a leading construction and manufacturing technology company seeking a skilled QA Tester / Analyst to join our fast-paced Scrum development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our 3D modeling and visualization tool, cmBuilder.io.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing of our webpages and 3D modeling environment to ensure they meet functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and resolve ambiguity.
  • Develop and implement testing plans to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Triage and manage customer bugs, identifying root causes and prioritizing issues based on impact and severity.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and develop automated tests for regression.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in QA testing, with 3+ years in test automation.
  • A strong interest in QA testing and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant credentials.

Skillset

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Selenium, Playwright/Puppeteer, PowerShell, Bash, Python.
  • Proficient scripting with: PowerShell, bash, python.
  • Experience with .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript / TypeScript.
