Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient nutritional status and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Conduct patient assessments and provide education on nutrition-related topics.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to meet the needs of our patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
- Provide clinical education and supervision to students and dietetic interns.
- Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition from a recognized university.
- Dietetic internship from an accredited program.
- Current registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia (CDBC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
