About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Renovation Labor/Helper. As a key member of our restoration team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from property damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare work areas for restoration activities, setting up staging areas and equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other technicians to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform restoration tasks as directed, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
  • Conduct thorough end-of-day and end-of-job cleanups, ensuring a clean and orderly appearance at job sites.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
Physical Demands and Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capacity to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Capacity to work with and around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
