About the Role

Vitalité Health Network is seeking a skilled Dermatologist to join our team. As a Dermatologist with our network, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dermatology consultations to patients in various settings, including out-of-hospital patients, medical/surgical units, and the emergency department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dermatology consultations to patients in various settings
  • Participate in the teaching of students and residents in medicine
  • Work independently with considerable clinical independence in the diagnosis, care, and treatment of medical disorders within the scope of dermatology
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate from an approved school of medicine with post-graduate study in dermatology
  • Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC)
  • Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New-Brunswick
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work
  • Good work history (performance and attendance)
  • Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network
Preferred Qualifications
  • Written and spoken competence in English and French
