Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

BRIJ HOSPITALITY CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used to maintain inventory and control costs.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing selection of food options.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment:

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
