Retail Sales Manager

Tajpur Investments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 sales staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with market demand and business goals.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement pricing and credits policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Procurement and Marketing: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to promote sales.
- Budgeting and Monitoring: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and operations management.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
