You will also be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the parking facility runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor the parking facility to ensure vehicles are parked and moving safely
* Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
* Perform a variety of tasks to ensure the parking facility runs efficiently
* Monitor equipment condition and report any issues to management
* Provide traffic control when necessary
* Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Dock Manager
* Follow all safety policies, departmental policies, and service standards
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information to guests and coworkers
* Service orientation - actively looking for ways to help others
* Energetic and enthusiastic personality
* Ability to work for extended periods of time without sitting
* Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, pull, move, or lift up to 40 lbs (18 kgs)
* Will be required to be available for work on all major holidays
* Required to wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
