Job Title: Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at ESSO GAS STATION.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the gas station, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the gas station's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment, and tax laws.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking: Ability to move around the gas station and perform tasks that require standing and walking.
