About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Technician to join our team at Recrute Action Inc. As a Legal Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the legal team, including maintaining filing systems, preparing and keying in correspondence and legal documents, and reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including opening and distributing regular and electronic incoming mail and other material.
  • Experience and Education: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field and a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Environment: Our office is a hybrid environment, offering a balance of remote and in-office work. We offer a range of benefits, including a dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, and a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
