Software Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Design Engineer to join our video router team. As a member of our team, you will be challenged with designing and enhancing the latest broadcast video equipment incorporating the most advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software for embedded systems, including Linux device drivers and Ethernet networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement structured, object-oriented design and programming techniques.
  • Develop and maintain software applications for broadcast video equipment, including x86 architecture and PCI Express.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in the broadcast industry.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent academic background and a strong understanding of Linux programming.
  • Experience with C, C++ programming languages and embedded systems.
