Hotel Operations Manager

LAMPLIGHTER MOTEL is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our front desk and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as required.
