Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dairy products to customers on time and in excellent condition.
- Unload and load products efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to customer and company policies.
- Process returns information using a handheld computer system, maintaining strict adherence to food safety and personal safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Class 1 Driver's License with Air Certification.
- 3+ years of in-town delivery experience.
- Must meet established Company driving standards.
- Driven in a Class 1 Packaged Product License classification within the last 12 months.
- Good knowledge of the Lower Mainland.
- Proven skills in customer relations, customer service, and sales.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work in an unsupervised environment.
- Availability for various shifts, including weekends.
