**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive vehicles from the service lane to their designated parking areas, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and identification tags in all vehicles taken in for service, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks as required, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Conduct multiple check-in procedures on incoming vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Perform oil and filter changes, inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels as needed, and conduct other tasks such as battery testing, trouble code inspections, and tire tread depth checks.
  • Vacuum vehicles and transport them through the car wash, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
