Position Overview:

The Email Marketing and Customer Retention Expert at Bloomex Canada plays a vital role within our digital marketing division,

dedicated to the creation, execution, and enhancement of email marketing initiatives that captivate our

audience and boost sales. This position merges innovative communication skills with analytical

expertise to formulate targeted email strategies that foster customer loyalty, elevate brand

visibility, and significantly contribute to our overarching marketing goals.

Core Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Oversight:

Design, execute, and oversee email marketing initiatives from inception to completion,

ensuring they align with our brand's identity and marketing objectives.

Segmentation and Customization:

Leverage customer insights to categorize email lists and tailor content, optimizing

engagement and conversion rates. Familiarity with Klaviyo is advantageous.

Performance Evaluation:

Track and assess campaign outcomes, utilizing insights to refine future initiatives

for enhanced effectiveness and return on investment.

Content Development:

Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging email content and

visuals that resonate with our target demographic.

List Administration:

Manage the upkeep and expansion of the email list, ensuring adherence to spam

regulations and industry best practices.

Automation and Workflow Enhancement:

Establish and optimize email automation processes to boost customer engagement

and lifecycle marketing strategies.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Engage closely with other marketing team members to ensure a unified and integrated

marketing approach.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrated experience in email marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns.

Strong grasp of email marketing platforms (Experience with Klaviyo is preferred)

and marketing automation tools.

Exceptional copywriting and communication abilities, with the capacity to create engaging and

persuasive email content.

Proficient in analytics and performance measurement tools, with the ability to convert data

into actionable strategies.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
