Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team at Ziff Davis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical and billing inquiries related to our email marketing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement retention strategies for clients considering cancellation.
  • Participate in the customer support ticket triage process and communicate effectively with agents to resolve escalated tickets.
  • Monitor and report product bugs, providing exceptional customer and team support.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for various teams within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Technical Support or Inbound Call Center.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
