Job Title: Construction General Manager

Aspire Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the division, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the construction team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the construction division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
