About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at HIKICK43 CONVENIENCE CORP. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including the preparation and storage of food, and the cleaning of equipment and utensils.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
