Job Title: Senior Business Development Officer

About the Role:

As a key member of the Ontario Inc team, the Senior Business Development Officer will play a critical role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas. This position requires a strong understanding of business development principles and the ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement business plans to promote industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas
* Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
* Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment
* Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
* Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
