Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Child Care Assistant Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements, and developing relationships with families and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Center Director in maintaining compliance with state licensing standards
  • Oversee the implementation of the CACFP food program
  • Maintain accurate family and employee records
  • Communicate with licensing agencies and Early Achievers
  • Orientate new staff and provide tours for new families
  • Monitor classroom practices and provide support as needed

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education (Associates preferred)
  • Management experience in childcare with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge and experience in state licensing standards and the Early Achievers program

A competitive salary of $**$55,000 - $65,000 per year** is available for this position. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
