Outside Sales Representative

Talon Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Markham, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and developing a sales plan to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote sales to existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and implement a sales plan to meet customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the purchase department to identify gaps and develop a sales strategy
- Prepare and submit bids to meet customer budgets and obtain purchase orders
- Prepare sales contracts and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Provide feedback to product and marketing departments to optimize content
- Organize and submit sales reports and purchase orders in a timely manner
- Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role
- Sales experience in a related industry is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
