Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Customer Service Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BC LTD. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining store displays
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Environment: Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
