Hearing Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Health Specialist to join our team at WSAudiology. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish a new clinic in a dynamic community.
Key Responsibilities:
In your initial 60 days, you will undergo comprehensive training that familiarizes you with our policies, procedures, and operational standards. This training will include a blend of in-person and virtual learning sessions.
During the following 60 days, your focus will shift to building brand awareness and cultivating community relationships in the local area, supported by a dedicated marketing team.
Upon the clinic's opening and ongoing, you will play a pivotal role in daily operations, delivering outstanding client care in hearing services.

Requirements:
Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
Registered with CASLPO or AHIP in good standing
Strong knowledge of hearing health care products and services, with experience in diagnostics and dispensing
Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for business development and fostering community partnerships through marketing initiatives
Experience in event planning, lead generation, and business development considered a significant asset
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and community partners
Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office applications
