- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the store and its products, increasing sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the store's budget, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that the business is profitable.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or retail management.
- Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
