Job Title: Mechanic Assistant

At 2445042 Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a reliable and organized Mechanic Assistant to join our team. As a Mechanic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tradespersons and apprentices in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Assist tradespersons and apprentices with their work, providing support and guidance as needed
* Move tools, equipment, and other materials to and from work sites
* Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
* Clean machines and immediate work areas

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

* This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel
* You will be required to handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Personal Suitability:

* We are looking for a team player who is organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term
* The work language is English
