Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at WEICARE CLEANING SERVICE INC. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment
    • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
    • Disinfect and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
  • Housekeeping and Laundry
    • Make beds and change linens as needed
    • Wash and fold laundry
    • Iron and press clothing and linens
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
    • Respond to customer requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Equivalent experience
  • Language
    • Bilingual
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Ability to walk and move around facilities
Working Conditions

The Housekeeping Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
