About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager Assistant to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that our housekeeping staff has the necessary resources to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Contract Management: Coordinate contract services with external vendors, ensuring that our housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenses and managing budgets.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals of our housekeeping staff, providing feedback and coaching to support their growth and development.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our housekeeping staff is aware of and adheres to local health and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
